The Student Financial Aid Web site from the Ministry of Advanced Education contains detailed information on the process of applying, obtaining and repaying student loans and grants. Within the web site under Applying for BCSAP Assistance, the Student Financial Planner will help you calculate the cost of your post-secondary education and determine a working budget for your period of study.

BC Awards Online
Features a comprehensive online database of more than 500 scholarships, bursaries and awards available to BC students. The database is searchable by school district, career area, keyword or deadline date and includes links to application forms which can be printed from the site. BC Campus Online
BC Campus Online is an educational service connecting learners and educators to programs and resources across all BC institutions. This program and course finder directory includes over 1800 distance education credit courses offered by public post-secondary institutions. Almost 900 of these courses are available online.

Private Career Training Institutions Agency (PCTIA)
Provides consumer protection to students and prospective students of BC’s registered institutions and establishes standards of quality that must be met by accredited institutions. This site contains lists of registered and accredited institutions and an up-to-date searchable database of program offerings that contains new features such as substring matching and data parameters.
