Grad Planner: 2004 Graduation Program
This online and print guide for 12 grade students contains information about graduation requirements and provincial examinations. It also provides a guide to create a graduation portfolio and other useful information and resources to help students with their career planning.

BC Student Assistance Program
The Student Financial Aid Web site from the Ministry of Advanced Education contains detailed information on the process of applying, obtaining and repaying student loans and grants. Within the web site under Applying for BCSAP Assistance, the Student Financial Planner will help you calculate the cost of your post-secondary education and determine a working budget for your period of study.

BC Awards Online
Features a comprehensive online database of more than 500 scholarships, bursaries and awards available to BC students. The database is searchable by school district, career area, keyword or deadline date and includes links to application forms which can be printed from the site. It also provides other useful information on topics such as application strategies and preparing effective résumés.

Education Planner
Features information on undergraduate program availability, application dates, tuition fees, admission requirements, duration of program, and much more at BC’s pubic post-secondary institutions.

Post-Secondary Application Service of BC (PASBC)
PASBC is Canada’s first Internet application-for-admission service. This web site provides online application for 24 of BC’s universities, university colleges, colleges, and institutions. Also includes course listings for select province-wide programs and select institutional courses.

BC Campus Online
BC Campus Online is an educational service connecting learners and educators to programs and resources across all BC institutions. This program and course finder directory includes over 1800 distance education credit courses offered by public post-secondary institutions. Almost 900 of these courses are available online.

Private Career Training Institutions Agency (PCTIA)
Provides consumer protection to students and prospective students of BC’s registered institutions and establishes standards of quality that must be met by accredited institutions. This site contains lists of registered and accredited institutions and an up-to-date searchable database of program offerings that contains new features such as substring matching and data parameters.

BC Council on Admissions and Transfer
The BC Council on Admissions and Transfer (BCCAT) is responsible for the facilitation of admission and transfer arrangements among BC post-secondary institutions. This site provides information on the BC Transfer system, as well as research and transfer policies.

The BC Transfer Guide is your source for planning and understanding transfer in the BC Post-secondary system. This site provides Canada’s largest course-to course transfer database, with information on thousands of courses and their transfer potential. BC Transfer Guide is a valuable tool for students, advisors and institutions to see how courses transfer between institutions in BC.

BC Transfer Tips is a publication outlining how transfer between BC post-secondary institutions works. It provides advice, student quotes, example scenarios, a personal plan and checklist for students transferring between BC post-secondary institutions.
